Sophie Pascoe finally has the perfect 10 in her Paralympic medal collection after clinching gold in the women’s 100m freestyle S9 final in Tokyo. It was the remarkable Pascoe’s 18th career medal after she won silver and bronze in her first two events in Tokyo. Sophie added a 19th overall medal; finishing the games with 2 gold, 1 silver & 1 bronze medal.

An amazing result and extends her status as the most decorated Paralympian.
