There is a common trend building that consumers prefer buying from a trusted brand who understand there wants and needs. 

71% of all online purchasing in NZ focuses on local retailers which is why making your store local is important to us. Creating a local flare, using local lingo throughout the site whilst maintaining brand integrity is what we do. 

The regions are important – yes we focus on the big 3 (with Auckland having over 1/3 share of online conversion) but regionally there has been a 46% increase when it came to online spending. Those regions often don’t have bricks and mortar options so a local market that understands them is important.
