Merchandise and Planning

Our Merchandising Department leads the GTM Process, alongside Brand Marketing for each brand we represent.

 

Our team ensure the brand and product stories for each season are represented in the appropriate channels to ensure the global seasonal messages are communicated. There is strong cross functional alignment with Sales to ensure the strongest commercial decisions are made each and every season and to bring long term sustainable results with our retailers.

 Our Wholesale and Retailer Planners lead our demand planning process for each channel and work closely with our Merchandise Department to ensure the right product is secured in the right volumes for our wholesale partners and our own retail channels. Their precise planning also ensures we have the correct volume of stock for in season replenishment to maximise all commercial opportunities throughout the entire season. Ensuring clean end of season inventory positions is critical to maintaining a premium brand positioning within the market, which is achieved through high collaboration between both the wholesale and retail planners.
